Behind your visibility

Useful websites.
Clear expectations.

BeVisible helps professionals and independent businesses turn their existing details into a website they can review, edit and publish. We provide the technical foundations for discovery, while you remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information.

What visibility means here

Public HTML, descriptive metadata, truthful structured data, a sitemap and notifications help search systems discover and understand a website. Search engines and AI providers decide whether to index, rank or cite it. We do not guarantee a position, a deadline or a chatbot recommendation.

Readiness scores describe the completeness of public content. Visits, search impressions, indexing checks and AI referrals are different measurements, and unavailable evidence should remain clearly labelled.

Our editorial approach

Our guides are published by BeVisible. They provide practical general information, rather than individual legal, medical, tax or regulatory advice. A company byline does not imply independent expert review.

Sources and further reading link to original documentation where possible. Distinguish official guidance from examples, estimates and our own small research samples. Source inclusion does not imply endorsement of BeVisible.

Examples and worksheets are illustrations, not promised outcomes. Check current provider rules and your professional regulator before acting on advice about listings, testimonials, privacy or regulated services.

An article’s updated date reflects an editorial change; it is not a claim that every linked source was checked on that date. Search platforms change, and links or feature descriptions can become outdated.

Help us correct the record
