Terms of service

BeVisible turns what you type or scan into a one-page website at bevisible.site/yourname, hosts it, and gives you a dashboard with visit statistics, an inquiry inbox and a QR card. Building and previewing is free. Publishing is free for 7 days on your first site, then needs a paid plan to stay online.

• BeVisible is website-building software sold as a subscription. What you buy from us is your plan: the builder, hosting for your site and the features listed on our pricing page.
• Each site belongs to the customer who built it. We don’t list, sell, resell, book or take payment for anyone’s goods or services, and we don’t take commissions.
• When someone visiting a customer’s site calls, messages or books them, they deal with that customer directly (by phone, WhatsApp or the customer’s own booking tool). We aren’t a party to that arrangement and aren’t responsible for it.

You must be 18 or older and give a real email address. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@bevisible.site if you think someone else has access.

• You own what you put on your site. You give us permission to store, display, copy and deliver it so we can run your site, and let search engines find and list it.
• You’re responsible for everything your site says, including that you’re allowed to practise your profession where you say you do, that your credentials, prices and testimonials are true, and that you follow the advertising rules for your profession.
• The notices and wording checks we offer are general guidance, not legal or professional advice. They don’t replace checking your own rules.
• Our drafting tools write suggestions from what you enter. Read and correct everything before you publish.

• Pretend to be someone else, or claim qualifications you don’t hold.
• Publish anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or infringing.
• Collect other people’s data through your site without a lawful reason.
• Upload photos of documents you don’t have the right to use.
• Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it.

We may unpublish content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Your address (bevisible.site/yourname) is yours to use while your account is in good standing. We may refuse or reclaim addresses that impersonate others, mislead, or clash with our own pages or trademarks. If a paid plan ends, your site goes offline but we hold the address for a reasonable time so you can switch it back on.

• Plans are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may include local taxes.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also handles invoices, taxes and card data. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase.
• You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Billing). Your site stays online until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then goes offline.
• Refunds: see our refund policy. In short, you can get your money back within 30 days of a payment.
• If we change prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

We work hard to keep sites online but can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important to a paid plan we’ll tell you in advance, and you can cancel with a pro-rated refund.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost clients or profits), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can delete your sites and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability) continue after the agreement ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, India have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
