Billing questions

Do I need a card to start?

No. Build and preview for free, then publish free for 7 days on your first site. You only pay if you want to keep it online after that.

Who processes the payment?

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, handles taxes and sends your invoice.

Are taxes included?

Prices are shown in your currency. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is shown and added at checkout before you pay.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your dashboard (Manage billing). Nothing more is charged and your site stays online until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

What if it isn’t for me?

Ask within 30 days of any payment and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.

One plan per site?

Yes. Each site at bevisible.site/yourname has its own plan, so you can run one for your practice and another for a side project.
